Linda J Green -An accredited ABTA teacher

When Linda represented South Africa in the World Bridge Olympics 1980 in Valkenburg, Holland, bridge took over her life. Prior to this event, she was running a laboratory for a children’s hospital in Johannesburg.
Thereafter, she started teaching bridge classes at three different levels, beginners, intermediate and advanced, three classes a day for 42 years. Represented South Africa again at world level in 1992 and 1993. After relocating to America, and now a World Olympic and International bridge player, she decided to become a bridge director, attended many updated director and teaching courses. She is the author of “ Bridge –Wise “ on conventions and defense in the 1980’s and “Solid Gold Tips to Winning Bridge” with Kathie Wei-Sender in 2005.Linda plays many different bridge systems, including Acol, Precision and Standard American.
She now resides in Florida and is currently a bridge teacher and Program Chairman / Convention Manager for the American Bridge Teachers Association, lecturer, director and professional player, working on many cruise ships, at country clubs, bridge clubs and community centers in Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Palm Beach.
